The Kesari Kurta in handwoven tissue is empeccably tailored in an overlapping angrakha style. The kurta is paired with a sharara bottom that features a border of handwoven pachranga tissue and a handwoven tissue odhni with dabka and zardozi hand embroidery.
The Pachranga tissue and silk is painstakingly handwoven by our artisans in Banaras with a specialised dyeing and warp preparation where the yarn is divided into five equal parts, each of which are dyed in five different colours. The warp is then placed as per a specific sequence before weaving.
